What we send
If you opt in, ToothSnap may send reminders by email and text at about 2 days, 1 week, and 1 month after you provide your contact details. We ask whether you scheduled an appointment or received treatment.
When reminders stop
Reminders stop if you opt out, report that you scheduled or received treatment, or a ToothSnap practice claims your second-opinion request.
Your choices
Use the unsubscribe link in any follow-up email. For texts, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply.
